Sales Manager

Jeff brings over 40 years of solid sales experience to the table as founder of Reliable Power Transmission & Conveyor Components, a manufacturer's representative firm specializing in the technical sales of power transmission and conveying products in a multi-state territory. Over the years, Jeff has built strong relationships with Independent Distributors, National Distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers, a great benefit to the principals and customers of RPT.

His background includes 15 years as a successful sales manager for Rexnord Corporation, where he specified and sold shaft couplings, gearing, engineered chain, bearings, and conveying equipment of all types. Jeff founded RPT in 2003 and has guided the company to strong and stable growth over the years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the school of Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University.

After 15 years of success as a territory salesman for RPT building relationships amongst some of the industry leaders in Pulp and Paper, Steel, Power Generation, Aggregate, Oil and Gas, and Food, Ryan has taken on the broader role of Business Development Manager. Ryan travels our entire region surveying equipment, solving maintenance issues, conducting training presentations, and generally assisting our sales team in growing business wherever he can.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. Based in Kerrville, TX, he’s a proud American, devoted husband and father of 3 children.

A graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Industrial Distribution, Russ has more than forty years in Power Transmission equipment sales and application. Russ joined Reliance Electric/Dodge Mfg. upon graduation and spent fifteen years developing PT expertise with Dodge. He has also had positions with the Schaeffler group (FAG, INA, Barden bearings), Sumitomo gear, Drives USA roller chain and most recently with The Carlson Company/Carlson Energy.

With his extensive experience and knowledge in the industry, Russ has recently been promoted to Product Manager and leads the sales effort for Bearings, Gearing, Clutches/Brakes, Bushings & Seals. He provides training and support for the entire RPT territory

RPT Product Manager

Tim LeDoux worked as a plant and equipment maintenance mechanic at various companies throughout high school and college before graduating from Texas A&M University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science. Afterwards, Tim spent several years garnering experience as a welder and mechanic before eventually landing a career in Industrial Distribution. He moved over to the factory rep side of the business in 2014 when he began covering the South Texas territory for Reliable Power Transmission.

Tim now covers South Texas up to the Austin area. Tim’s technical knowledge, mechanical experience, and personable attitude make him a vital member of our team.

Since 2013, Buddy Badders has performed critical administrative functions as Operations Manager at Reliable Power Transmission. He fulfills a variety of internal roles including Marketing, IT, Accounting, Customer Service and Data Entry to ensure that our Sales Team has the maximum time available for them to be out on the road and in front of customers where they are most needed.

Kirk McCormick has an extensive and successful 25+-year history in our industry. He first entered the Power Transmission Industry at 19 years of age, and worked distribution in South Louisiana for the following 19 years. During that time, Kirk moved his way up from the ground floor to spending the majority of his time as an account manager. Kirk has immeasurable experience in multiple industries, including Petro Chemical, Oil Refining, LNG, Food, Water Treatment, Machine Shops, Pump Shops, Bridge Infrastructure, Oil Field, Sugar Mills, Grain Elevators, Marine and General Manufacturing.

Kirk covers Louisiana where his knowledge of accounts are invaluable to all. He has excellent sales skills, product knowledge, and his enthusiasm is contagious to everyone around him

Zach Koehn has an extensive background in the power transmission industry. He began his career path as an outside salesman at Brance-Krachy, where he gained experience in the distribution side of the Houston market, before becoming a sales engineer at Voith Turbo. Eventually he came to RPT from Siemens, where he was a vertical account executive, providing MV drives & motors to the midstream Oil & Gas industry.

Zach has also served our country in the US Army through several tours of duty and over 75 combat missions, managing Helicopter maintenance crews and piloting Chinook and Apache Helicopters. He retired from the Army in September of 2020.

Zach has been an active member of (Texas Energy Managers Association), HBMHS (Huston Bulk Materials Handling Society), ASME (Association of Mechanical Engineers), PAH (Pipeliners Association of Houston), and GPA (Gas Processors Association). He is based in Hockley, TX with his wife and two boys.

Max lives in Longview, TX area and has developed exceptional product knowledge and service skills covering our customers in East Texas and Arkansas.

Brandon Kelly holds a Bachelors degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree from Texas State University. Since joining RPT in March of 2012, Brandon has been immersed in a wide variety of customer types from cement to automation. His persistent and honest work ethic in supporting his customers is key to his success in his territory. Based in Ft Worth with his wife and two children, he covers the Ft Worth to Waco TX corridor, and Oklahoma.
